Here are some exciting new things I’m up to…
#1. I hired an SEO company.
I know that probably sounds weird because doing SEO on my own is going good. However, everything could always be better. And now that I have some disposable income I need to start reinvesting back into myself in order to get to the next level of things. This SEO company will be working along side with me building upon the work I’ve already done, and the work I am currently doing. Our goal is to rank for some of the most competitive keywords out there. Thus, my guess is that this investment and work relationship will be long term. Maybe even a year or so! However, I am hoping it will be well worth it!
#2. E-Mail list!
Currently I have over 6000 subscribers to an e-mail list, and everyday I get 100 to 200 more subscribers! For the longest time I didn’t know how to approach e-mailing the subscribers. I e-mailed the list a couple times and it lead to very large unsubscribe rates, and low conversations. So, I contacted Chad from Peerfly to get some advice. Basically he said that in order to reduce the number of unsubscribes to send affiliate links very seldom. The rest of the time to send other information related to the subject matter. So weekly or bi-weekly I have been sending useful information to my subscribers. This has resulted in a larger number of followers, far less unsubscribes and about a 40% click thru rate! Which is WAY above my original less then 1% Click thru! I have yet to send any affiliate links related to the subject matter, but when I do I will keep you posted on the earnings. THANKS CHAD!

Some things I am up too is sticking to my websites and not giving up !!! lol. I will take a website down quickly when I get frustrated.

Lists are a great thing to have , you can hit the same people over and over again and get a response every time. I set up a mail series for a guy a few months ago , I was amazed to see his total conversion rates for a list of *only* 1,200 subs.
